Then you need to have at least $50 activity in 12 months not to get deactivated. At that point, not only do they cancel your cash back, you do not even have access to your account any more. So, you cannot even dispute any missing activity. Total scam. Do NOT use. Do NOT use. Do NOT use. Cashbackholic should boycott this phony cash back site! The absolute worst I have experienced. |
| Sammy on 2021-10-27 When your requested cash back is above $600 within 12 months, you will never be able to redeem it unless you provide your SSN card. Excuse me? SSN CARD? You have no way to request partial cash back in an amount less than $600 to avoid the potential identify thief troubles. Even though you requested less than $100 before, because of the lump sum cash rewards is around $600, you have to wait for another 12 months for your annual redemption amount to be reduced to 0. The most likely scenario, like in my case, after some time, my account got deactivated and I lost over $1000 cash back that was already in my account. Definitely not recommended for making big purchases. Your cash back is just an illusion, no matter how high it is. |

| Naturalist on 2018-02-21 I have been using Lemoney since November 2017 they had trouble with their eMail address recognizer as it would not accept Capital Letters in the eMail address. They worked with me and this issue and it got resolved. Found out that Turbo Cashback can only be used ONE TIME each month at only One Store, After the one use one has to wait till the next month to use Turbo Cashback again.The only exception is when they have Unlimited Turbo Cashback. With Unlimited Turbo Cashback you still are limited to the amount of the purchase which is set in the terms and conditions. The problems that I have had with Lemoney is that I have had 4 purchases that did not post 3 were at eBay 2 say pending and one is open with $0 cashback shown the 4th purchase was at Homey Depot which shows open with $0 cashback shown. Ii filed an inquiry with the customer service and this still have not been resolved. The excuse I was given was the Christmas season. Still waiting for a response. I also make a copy of the cashback sheet. I suggest that everyone either store copies of the cashback report on a Hard Drive and take a snapshot of the cashback report and save it for future use if you have a Dispute. If you have issues you can write a review at Yelp and Ripoff Report. Ripoff Report sometimes will investigate certain issues. |

My $9 Lemoney cashback did not post. They do not respond to my emails. They also purposely do not let you view your cashback click tracking numbers on their website. Avoid this site, there are honest cashback sites out there and this is not one of them. |

My click nor my cash back ever registered on their site and I cannot figure out how to get in touch with them to let them know. |
