I have now submitted multiple requests to customer support with documentation proving the purchases going through their site, and they have not responded once. It has been approximately 6 weeks without a single response to any request. Other cashback platforms respond immediately and fix the issue. |

Rebateme deducted over $30 from my earned cashback, without warning or explanation, seven months after they paid it because the merchant involved has apparently just gone out of business. What that has to do with cashback that was paid out after 90 days last December is beyond me. You cannot trust this company to do the right thing. They will stick it to you at every opportunity, and put their hands up in the air, feigning innocence, as they steal from your account. They draw you to the site with promises of cashback, only to snatch it away from you. Nothing but aggravation and hair pulling here! |

Then, there’s the fact that they don’t automatically add your cash backs for months, so you will forget about it and by the time you remember, the time to make an inquiry is expired so you just lost all your cash back. I’m going back with Rakuten, at least they are fast. |
