When you think about the leadership opportunities you’ve had throughout your career, how often do you feel that you’re receiving insufficient support or as though you’re just supposed to “figure out” how to thrive in leadership on your own? We often feel as though we're competing with people that were given a set of rules and guidelines that were not shared with us. We live in a society in which women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community are still fighting to break a glass ceiling that men are already well above. We created Bosstrack to create a place for women to learn, network, find mentorship, and fill that gap between us and that glass ceiling.
