It is try that you have to read which categories give the highest cash back but if you do you will not feel missled by the amount of cash back. by Cczarka @ 07:38:55, December 24, 2012 I have been using BC (as well as several other CB sites) for a while and BC is by far my favorite. I have never had a problem. The only con to speak of is it takes some time for the cash to post. But in my experience, it always posts exactly as the cash back tiers say it will (read them carefully). If you make a purchase on Jan 16, it may not "post" until Feb 1, and anything that "posts" in Feb does not get paid until April 16 (one month after the middle of the following month). Besides that, they are amazing. It's reliable (they always pay what they say they will and when they say they will), easy/convenient (goes straight into your paypal without you doing anything) and they have an amazing referral commission program (sign up with my link http://home.bigcrumbs.com/cczarka), and overall just the best and most reliable cash back site out there, IMHO.

A few weeks ago I went to log into my account and it would not sign in so I contacted them and after several days of trying to get them to figure out what was going on they tell me the account was closed but that way it and there was no information to why the account was closed. So, the items that I ordered through them I didnt get cash back on and they closed my account. I should have used Mypoints where I normally go through and have not had problems with but I had wanted to try the Cash Back on purchases instead of gift cards.

by Duped @ 05:48:54, November 25, 2012 I did not get the percentage promised. I thought other people were just not reading the different tiers. That wasn't the case with me. I read that the tier that I bought purchase was from was supposed to pay 4.7% but when it started tracking I only got .9%. DO NOT USE these CROOKS unless you are fine with getting the lowest displayed tier. I'm afraid to complain because like other reviewers said my account will very likely be closed!

I do believe there customer service is somewhat lacking, slow to respond. But I also know that you must read the fine print always, and look at the tiers at the bottom of the page, before you make your purchase. Big crumbs is not always the biggest payout, but they have many stores that do not pay cashback anywhere else. If you earn it in May, you will get paid July 15th. They have to allow time for merchant returns before they pay you. Patience is a virtue, shop and be paitent, your cashback will come to you. But always look around for the highest rates!!

Their Newegg information was initially incorrect / confusing, but had since been updated. With the new clarity in place, we were rather disappointed to find that their category descriptions missed the mark on their ACTUAL payout. Intentionally deceptive, or just plain poor execution, we don't know. We highly recommend you look elsewhere if you prefer a reliable experience.

Sometimes on larger purchases, the cash back takes a little longer to go through, but other than that these guys are great!

Overall they offer the highest percentage cash back of all similar sites. 2. They have the most amount of retailers in their program, 1,200 in all! 3. They are the ONLY site that offers commissions for your referrals 5 generations deep... forever!

The idiots thought they were going to be set for life on easy street spamming their ebay customers for members. Now that Ebay dont use cash back, My3boys and others that ruined the forums tobegin with now are crying boo hooo! When 100s of us use to stay off the forums because that ugly know it all girl needed to get a life and we could not stand to look at her ugly picture! by souffle @ 19:22:10, November 11, 2011 Before I actually begin my review, please note THEY CHARGE A 2% FEE WHEN ON YOUR CASHBACK EARNED WHEN THEY PAYOUT. This is why I docked a star, but even with the 2% fee, the net bonus is still higher than most cashback sites. I've been using bigcrumbs for several years now. I have always been credited for my purchases, and they pay you every other month. Be sure to read the fine print though! There are limitations on some offers, so don't be hasty when purchasing stuff through their site. I've never had an issue with bigcrumbs so I've never had to deal with customer service. I usually rotate between Fatwallet, mrrebates, ebates and bigcrumbs.

They eliminated their user forums because too many people I suspect were complaining about similar incidents.

Other reviewers need to learn to read what the cashback teirs are before making their purchases. bigcrumbs.com is not the only cash back site using a tiered cash back structure so it is going to become more and more important to pay attention.
