 Jason on November 10, 2014 I have bought allot, I had a big purchase with a 4 figure pay out and got paid. Over the last 2 years I have had no trouble with Shopathome and have been able to get allot of 100% guarantees honored and have never missed a cashback (some I had to report not showing and they entered them manually). I use shopathome, fatwallet, mrrebates, and ebates and have had good reliability with them. Stay away from topcashback, they took me for $100s in cashback. to recap, ShopAtHome is my goto and thus gets a raiting of 10 and this review. |

| Couponcathy on August 23, 2013 I've seen a couple of negative reviews and I don't get it. This site has been great for me. I don't spend a lot online, but when I do big shopping, I use Shopathome for cash back. Now that I know I can use coupons from different sites and still get cash back from their site, I don't have any problems. I love getting my cash back checks. It's like a little gift. I figure I would have made the purchases online anyway, so why not get cash back. Works great for me! :) |

If something is not credited (only happened once), I just email and they email me back within 24 hours. I have earned over $200 already and can't wait to get more. Shopathome also does a 110% cashback match that I use often if I find a better deal on another site. |

| Angel on April 05, 2013 NEVER SHOP FROM THIS SITE : This website looks like a SCAM to me, they don’t issue the cashback points in your account, by giving some false reasons. It has happened in my case, I contacted the merchant from which I had ordered few items via shopathome.com, and the merchant told me that they have made the payment already to shopathome, and these crappy guys are keeping my money by saying that the merchant has an issue with the cashback rebate. Worst customer service ever! They even issue the certain amount of cashback in the account first, send the email and delete it from the account after few days when they see that the total is approaching to $20 and they would have to issue the cashback checque to the customers. Sheer bullshit! They must improve their customer service or else the day wouldn’t be far when they have to close the doors. |

| Harish on February 19, 2013 I have had to fight for every penny of cashback at Shopathome. Though they advertise good rates and claim 110% cashback and at time do pay the cashback, several times they have arbitrarily denied cashback citing one reason or the other - none of them valid. I have in the past used other cashback sites with much better record. I recently switched to ShopAtHome because they were promoted at several blogs and also they had good cashback rates. I think with the poor customer service and poor payback record I will go back to other cashback sites that may pay less but most of the time the cashback is automatic and not rejected at those sites. Though, initially you may get some cashback from ShopAtHome, once the honeymoon period is over, ShopAtHome.com will stop issuing automatic cashback and you will have to carefully keep a record of your transactions and receipts and file the request manually. Even then they will reject your cashback citing totally invalid reasons without doing a thorough investigation and even without reading the emails sent to them. I would not trust them with large purchases. |

Even though I the unsubscribe box was checked and I clicked the update button, it did not unsubscribe me. Your FAQ's said that someone can be removed from your mailing list by being logged on to their account, so I created and account in order to unsubscribe from ShopAtHome.com. When I logged on to the account the unsubscribe button was checked, but it would not unsubscribe me when I clicked the update button. How do I unsubscribe from ShopAtHome.com? |

| Brad on October 23, 2012 In general their rates are very good. I do a ton of online shopping and most of it is currently through ShopAtHome. There have been a few purchases (all from the same merchant) that I never got credited for including one rather large one and there have been other transactions that I have had to request the cash back for but overall, I believe I have eventually been paid on about 95% of my purchases. The times I didn't get paid I think had more to do with the merchant than with ShopAtHome. I've used several other cashback sites in the past (Upromise, Ebates, MrRebates, and a few others) and all of the others except for Ebates have made mistakes at least as often. Given their generally very good cashback rates, ShopAtHome is usually the first place I go. |

| Holly on April 19, 2012 I'm not entirely sure what the reported difficulties have been with Shopathome. I've made several small and big purchases through their site and have my 3rd cash back check on the way. I've received more than $150 in cash back. All, completely trouble free. The only caveat that I could see people misunderstanding is that there are typically 2 sections of coupons on their site. 'official cash back coupons' that can be used in conjunction with cash back and community generated coupons that may not be always be eligible for cash back. Use the coupons at the top of their store pages and you'll be just fine. |

I used coupons during checkout and I was credited for my purchase in good time. Received my check a few weeks ago. No problems for me. Just make sure you confirm you address (which takes only a few seconds) or the check won't be mailed out. |

Second request in September and third request in early October got no response whatsoever. I do not care if they offer higher percentage for the rebate than other sites. It is pointless if they will not honor it. Very disappointed. |

| Peter G on October 11, 2011 Forget this site and use Ebates / BigCrumbs instead, they are definitely more reliable. I had to repeatedly hound customer service to credit my cashback for $20. After sending 3 emails to customer support via the online form, 70 days later, I gave up and send an email directly to service@shopathome.com. I stated in the email that I would file a ripoff report if the cashback wasn’t credited. Got a reply the next day in the email and was subsequently credited for the cashback amount. The whole customer experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I’d never use them again, despite the higher than average cashback advertised on the site. |

Guess what, cash back never showed up. I emailed their customer service numerous times without ever getting a response. SCAM. Will be taking my business to another affiliate website like Fatwallet. Much more reputable. |

I have a hard time believing that it is the individual merchants that are not paying out when I used four seperate ones. | Nolan on May 13, 2011 Unfortunately I have a very similar experience to others. For smaller transactions I had no issues. However my first big transaction did not go through beyond the TrackBack. I've used their online form. I've emailed support multiple times over the last week. And even emailed Chrysie who posted on these reviews. I've gotten nothing but the initial "We've received your request" email from the online form. It's not worth the risk when there are other sites with actual support. |

| Jon on April 18, 2011 I do not recommend using this website. Last year I completed a transaction via ShopatHome.com that failed to post. I submitted an email request to research my claim. The response was that I used another portal for my transaction; this could bot be further from the truth. More recently, I completed a Priceline.com purchase via ShopatHome.com. Again, it failed to post. I contacted them by email and received no response. I contacted them a second time, and again, no response. I have already forwarded this complaint to the BBB and figured I would post here as well. If anyone from CashbackHolic.com is reading this, I recommend you de-list ShopatHome from your merchant list. |

HOWEVER under all the all coupons there is this statement: "Unfortunately, we are not accepting JCPenney deals, coupons, or sales from the ShopAtHome.com Community at this time." I can only assume the "we" means the Penney's corp. office! It makes me wonder if Shop at Home is a scam! I think I'll stick with ebates! |
