iConsumer Cashback Shopping Site Review

Walda on January 19, 2017
I have been a member for about 9 months and earned $65 so far. Have had 1 payment and expecting another next month. Cash back percentages are good. will have to see about the shares if that happens (it shows I have over 800 shares). Have had only good experiences with this website.

Not Impressed on January 29, 2016
I signed up because the cashback offered for PetCareRX is over 19% right now. However, not until after I had signed up and clicked on the link to go to the site is it said that purchases on prescription items are not eligible for cash back. Between that and the other review, I will likely never use iConsumer.

Decieved Consumer on January 27, 2016
iConsumer had a promotion for Double Cash Back. Their advertising was deceptive and misled consumers into believing that the rate shown for each website would be doubled. There were no terms included with the promotion, so consumers had no way to know that iConsumer meant that the rate shown on the screen was already the promotional rate. iConsumer engages in deceptive and misleading advertising practices in violation of Federal Trade Comission rules, and if you call them on it they will tell you that you have no recourse because iConsumer felt that their advertising was clear. This is a violation of FTC rules; if an advertisement may be interpreted in multiple ways it must include easily visible terms which substantiate each interpretation so as not to mislead or deceive consumers. Do not support iConsumer; use a different cashback portal which cares about customer service and listens to consumers complaints.
