They will never give you the cashback owed to you and make up some random excuse blaming the merchant etc. I had taken screenshots of every single piece of evidence including purchase time, amount, store details etc. I went back and forth around 12 times with their customer support with all this evidence and yet they refused to pay. Do not use Hoopla Doopla if you value your sanity and want to keep your stress levels in check! |
